How long does the production process take?

Our team of sales persons, designers, construction persons and logistic agents works diligently so your order can be made and send in time. Generally it takes 3 to 6 weeks between approving the final order and sending the products to the store; it depends on the complexity of the order and the materials used. The time for unique orders is defined with an individual offer.

Is it possible to change colours and sizes?

We often answer requests regarding some changes of serial production. This is expected and understandable, as we work with a wide range of materials and colours.

For trading partners: There are standard items in our catalogue, which are based on the average customers’ demand. Changing colours and sizes is possible when you have such a request from a customer. Before you give a positive answer to a request for a change of a parameter, we advise you to contact our sales department and discuss together in details the idea and the technological process, as well as the consequences of the certain change.

For customers: We believe that customers who’ve chosen to buy from Evro dom Ltd. have their own vision and interesting ideas. Fulfilled expectations and happy customers is the point of our efforts. We are doing our best to make the greatest number of combinations that you can choose your unique furniture from. Do not hesitate to ask consultants in the stores when you are not seeing the unique piece that you are looking for. Have in mind that not every change is proper, that’s why after you make your request in the store, it will be discussed with our designers and in short time you will receive our answer.

What is the minimum order?

For trading partners: There is no minimum amount of the order. Business relationship between Evro dom Ltd. and our partners are subject to contracts and the conditions are strictly individual and confidential.

For designers and design studios: There are no requirements for minimum order. The production of designers’ projects is a challenge which we gladly accept. It is important to note that unique pieces are subject to a special offer and production agreement.

What materials and mechanisms are used in the production of furniture?

Evro dom Ltd. works with high quality materials of reputable producers.

For particle board, kitchen tops and HPL: Egger, Kaindl, Kronospan, Duropal, Resopal etc.

Veneered MDF: LOSAN – Netherlands

Natural MDF: DDL – Poland

Fittings, sliders, hinges and mechanisms – Blum Austria, Hettich Germany

Coatings – ICA Italy and Sherwin-Williams

Who is responsible for installing the furniture?

For trading partners: In certain cases such as installing a sample in a store or unique pieces, there is a possibility a team from Evro dom to be send on site. Terms and conditions are additionally negotiated.

For customers: Stores and trading companies has own teams which install the ready modules at customers’ site.

You have the option to choose a city and to check the contact points with the stores.

Every store has additional details and contact information which you can see underneath the map.

What happens if a customer calls Evro dom with a request for certain order?

Evro dom’s principle is to be correct with its partners and with people who’ve chosen to trust us.

For trading partners: When there is a request from a customer, our Sales department takes the contact details and the request of the customer. Then Sales department contacts you and discuss the request with you. You are given the contact details of the customer, so you can contact them and answer the request.

For customers: Evro dom Ltd tries to provide equal conditions for its customers, no matter where they buy from. When you contact our Sales department, we will gladly answer your questions and we will give you information about the nearest store, because we believe that this way the process of discussing the order will be faster and much more convenient to you.
