Modular wardrobe system with sliding doors featuring edge-banded panels and top-mounted tracks
The system offers a wide variety of interior compartment layouts and a selection of doors in various configurations. Configuration is done in a few clear steps. This makes choosing a wardrobe—whether by the customer or a sales consultant—easy, intuitive, and free of unnecessary complications.
Below, we will highlight the key features that characterize the closet system.
Sliding System
The system utilizes a proven solution from the world-renowned German manufacturer Hettich. This is the TopLine 22 system—a time-tested solution known for its consistent quality and industrial suitability. Its main advantages are: high load capacity (up to 50 kg), simple installation, and an upper support rail with high bending strength
Dimensions
The LINEA wardrobe system is designed without compromise, with a focus on optimal dimensions and the resulting functionality. A time-tested rule is that customers very often evaluate wardrobes based on functionality and prefer the largest wardrobes they can afford.
The main limitation we have set is that the height and depth are fixed by default in order to optimize production.
The wardrobes commonly found on the market have limited dimensions. This is most often done to achieve a lower price.
Our goal is to provide you with a large and functional wardrobe. That is why, based on the only constraint—the most common room height (which is around 240–245 cm)—we have selected the greatest possible height so that the diagonal of the panel allows it to be raised from a horizontal position to an upright position for assembly. A good height is 2300 mm, which means that with a depth of, say, 630 mm, the diagonal will be 2385 mm.
Please keep this in mind when choosing your wardrobe.
Free Choice of Width
This closet system allows you to choose the width of the closet. This way, you can order a closet with dimensions that fit your needs and available space. You just need to keep in mind that the size must fall within the range of the maximum and minimum allowable dimensions.
Internal layout
Wardrobes are commonly associated with the number of their doors (panels). Typically, the internal layout behind each panel is referred to as a section.
In our opinion, the most logical approach is to offer the option to choose these sectors.
And that’s exactly what we’ve done—we’ve made it possible for you to personally customize the functional layout behind each door!
And this is perhaps the greatest advantage of this system—the ability to customize and order your wardrobe in the way that best suits your needs.
The interior layouts offered in the configurator are designed with technical constraints in mind and are based entirely on our own observations of the market.
Doors
To create a diverse and modern look, the doors can be made from different elements in terms of color and material. To make this technically feasible, an aluminum edge handle is used to encase and unite the individual panels.
A key element of the door’s design is the presence of the metal edge handle.
The individual door panels can be made of various materials with a thickness of 18 mm—particleboard, matte MDF, glossy MDF, or mirror with a backing.
The individual components are connected via the handles and additional metal strips on the back.
To achieve a cleaner and more visually appealing look—especially when combining several different colors and materials—there are no connecting profiles between the individual panels.
Each panel for this type of door features universal drilling, allowing you to change the door’s configuration and appearance. This gives you the freedom to rearrange your doors to add variety and refresh your interior.
Choice of Materials
Equipped with Bulgaria’s most technologically advanced production line for applying UV coatings to MDF panels—and with the aim of achieving the highest quality and market image—the body of the LINEA wardrobe is made of MDF with a highly durable coating in RAL 9010 (white).
Technical Features
The outer sides of the wardrobe are designed with a groove for the edge banding. This creates a buffer cavity behind the main body of the wardrobe, allowing for cable routing and a better fit against the walls. It also provides better ventilation for the fan, which prevents moisture buildup inside the wardrobe.
The wardrobe is equipped with adjustable feet—this ensures it stands as stably as possible even on uneven floors or slopes.
